CAT1 F-Gas Qualification in 5 days
Our F-Gas course is a 5 day course. The course is structured to include 3 days of training which will cover the theory elements required along with practical demonstrations in which you will get the opportunity to also practise on. The exams will be completed on the remaining days of the course.
Successful candidates will then be certified in CAT1 enabling them to carry out installation, servicing and maintenance work on Aircon and refrigeration units.
We will provide you with your training book upon arrival at the centre along with any other training materials you may require.
Our courses run Monday – Friday. Arrival is for 8.30am and we aim to finish around 3.30pm. Should you arrive any earlier there is a kitchen with seating and refreshment facilities. About Us
Get Air Con is a relatively small, privately ran training centre working in conjunction with Get Gas Safe in Portchester, Portsmouth. Our fully accredited centre is based within the Get Gas Safe HQ: Trafalgar House.
Whilst the training centre has been revamped and rebranded in recent years, the same trusty team is still here for your gas training needs.
Tom Hart and Gordon Giles are the trainers/assessors. They have a sound combined knowledge both theoretically and practically. At Get Air Con we like to ensure a friendly but professional approach to training is adopted – a cup of tea to start your day and ease you into examinations.
Our practical workshops are fully equipped to ensure a hands-on approach for both learning and assessments. Additional classrooms are provided for theory-based learning and examinations.
The centre benefits from ample on-site parking, free of charge, as well as modern facilities, including a common room and a fully equipped kitchen. We are also easily accessible and within close proximity to amenities.
